Terms of service

Agentic Search lets you upload documents, or import them from connected sources (Google Drive, Notion, Slack…), then ask them questions. Answers cite the passages they come from. The service is published by DeepAgenticAI (see the legal notice).

Features evolve: we may add, change or remove some, as long as the purpose of the service stays the same.

• An account is opened with a verified email address, or with a Google account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any action taken from your account.
• The account holder can invite members to their workspace. They answer for those members' actions and remain solely liable for payment.
• You warrant that you hold the rights to the documents you upload or import, and that you are authorized to connect the sources you link.
• Creating several accounts to stack the free offer is grounds for suspension.

• A question costs €0.10; indexing costs €5 per 1,000 pages (€2.50 for documents uploaded together), rounded up to the next cent per document. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
• The free offer gives you €5.00 free: 500 pages of documents and 25 questions, once, with no credit card.
• Pay as you go, with no paid subscription or minimum: you save a card with Stripe; each calendar month's usage, beyond any remaining free credit, is charged on the 1st of the following month, with an invoice.
• The cost of indexing is shown before it starts. A question or indexing job that fails isn't charged.
• If a payment fails, questions and indexing are suspended until it is settled. Your documents aren't deleted in the meantime.
• Credits have no monetary value: they can't be refunded or transferred.
• Any price change is notified to you by email at least 30 days in advance and only applies to later usage.

• Answers are produced by third-party AI models (Anthropic's Claude and Cohere, through Amazon Bedrock) from your documents. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or misread a passage: check the cited sources before any important decision.
• Two identical questions can get answers worded differently.
• The service provides no financial, legal, medical or tax advice.
• Your documents and questions aren't used to train the models.

• Uploading unlawful content, or content you don't hold the rights to.
• Trying to access another account's workspace, or to get around quotas, workspace isolation or billing.
• Diverting the models from their purpose, in particular by injecting instructions into documents.
• Overloading or degrading the service with automated requests.
• Reselling or providing access to the service to a third party without written consent.

DeepAgenticAI is bound by an obligation of means (best efforts). No service level is guaranteed outside a specific written agreement. We are not liable for:

• errors, inaccuracies or fabrications produced by the AI models, nor decisions made on their basis;
• outages or slowdowns caused by the third-party services the platform depends on (Amazon Web Services, Mistral AI, Qdrant, Railway, Vercel, Stripe, and the sources you connect);
• indirect damages: loss of revenue, customers or data, harm to reputation.

In any event, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us over the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

• You can stop pay as you go at any time from Billing. Usage already incurred is still due.
• From Account, you can delete your data (documents, index, conversations, connected sources) while keeping the account, or delete the account and all its data. If pay as you go is on, the current month's usage is billed on the 1st of the following month, then the subscription stops.
• We may suspend or close an account for serious breach of these terms. Except in an emergency or in case of manifest unlawfulness, you will receive formal notice first.

The data processed, the subprocessors and your rights are described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. For the documents you upload, we act as a processor: they are only used to answer you, and a data processing agreement (article 28 of the GDPR) is sent to you on request.

The website, interface and content of Agentic Search belong to DeepAgenticAI; the search engine's code published as open source remains subject to its license. Using the service grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use. You keep full ownership of your documents, your questions and the answers you get.

Any substantial change to these terms is notified to you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept it.

These terms are governed by French law. The parties will seek an amicable solution before any action. Failing that, the courts of Avignon have sole jurisdiction.
